James, son of Alphaeus & Thaddeus

James, son of Alphaeus & Thaddeus

The Apostles’ James (the less) & Judas (Thaddeus) – The Bible says absolutely nothing about James, other than listing him among the called Apostles.  He is the most obscure of the Twelve, and is referred to in the gospel of Mark as Mikros, (meaning little or small).  His nickname became “James The Less”.   Judas—also names Thaddeus, is also an obscure Apostle.  He is recorded in scripture as having a conversation with Jesus in the upper room, on the night before He was crucified.  Other than that—both of these Apostles are not spoken of in God’s Word.  Yet, they were uniquely chosen to follow Christ and will one day judge the 12 tribes of Israel.
